Welcome aboard to Scoutradioz!

Your initial organization password was sent to either your account in Discord (or) to the email you indicated. Use that to log in at Scoutradioz

  • Choose 'Logging in to scout'
  • Scroll down to your organization and click 'Log in'
  • Use the initial organization password to log in to the org
  • Then, select the Team Admin account - you'll be prompted to create a personal password (different from the org password)

Check out Team Administration and Management. You'll be able to change the org password and change your subteams/classes configuration from the “Organization setup” page, and then you can start adding users to your org in the “Manage members” page. We recommend using first and last names in case there are multiple people with the same name. (note, your team members' names are protected from the public internet by the org password)

For Pit and Match scouting form definitions, you can start with some of the sample scouting forms and/or check out how to customize or create your own.

Introductory material

Jordan Lees (a 102 alum) created an introductory video - it takes you through the basics of using Scoutradioz to scout, as well as how to create assignments & manage your scouters.

See the various resources, how-to guides, and workflows listed on the wiki here (linked from the 'start' page or in the sidebar). One of the resources is the deck that Team 102 uses to train their scouts; you can find the “Scouter Training presentation deck” in Presentations and training videos

If you want to really deep-dive, check out these podcasts hosted by a mentor named Pete from the 3658 RoboBeavers - Supercharged Scouting with Scoutradioz and Scoutradioz Part Deux

Feel free to ping us whenever if you have additional questions, comments, or issues. Good luck in your competitions!
